Open up your doll and draw an outline using the paintbrush tool on the smallest circle brush zoomed into 8.
Fill in the hair using the paint bucket tool and a slightly lighter colour.
Using a lighter colour, draw lines where you think the light would hit her hair.
Using even lighter colours, outline the inside of those lines one at a time until there's no room.
Even though mine turned out awful, I can almost promise you that your will turn out great! Thanks. More tuts coming soon!
